Welcome to the Go Baller mobile application and website (“Service” or “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how Levit8 s.r.o. (“we,” “us,” or “our company”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you use our Service or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data under this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use our Service.
Our Service is intended for users who are 15 years of age or older in the Czech Republic. If you are under 15, you may only use the Service with verifiable parental or guardian consent; otherwise, please do not use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 15 without such consent. If we discover that a minor has provided personal data without proper authorization, we will remove such data.
Name/nickname, email, password, and optionally a profile photo. Your preferences in the App (e.g., football position, club, category, goals).
Records of exercises performed, number of repetitions, sets, and performance. Any health-related indicators you choose to provide (e.g., injury, muscle pain, subjective feeling) for workout personalization.
Note: We are not health professionals. Health information is purely voluntary and for informational purposes.
Messages you send to our AI coaching feature (we use reputable AI providers). These conversations may be processed on servers outside the EU, under contractual safeguards.
Activities or recipes you add to your calendar, including any dietary preferences.
Technical information (device model, OS version, unique identifiers). Log data (IP address, timestamps, browser type when using our website). General analytics to improve the Service.
If you provide your email address on our website (e.g., “Notify me” form) or in the App, we may use it to send news about the Service. In certain cases, we may use these emails to create “lookalike” or custom audiences for ads on third-party platforms, respecting your rights (see Section 10).
Performance of a Contract: We need certain data (e.g., training info) to provide core features like personalized workouts.
Consent: For health-related data or certain marketing activities. By voluntarily providing such data, you explicitly consent to its processing.
Legitimate Interests: For analytics, improving the Service, communicating updates, and protecting against fraud or misuse. We always ensure your rights and freedoms are not overridden by our legitimate interests.
Provide & Personalize: Generate personalized workouts, track exercises, and manage user profiles.

Our app may run on a third-party cloud platform that provides authentication, database storage, and other backend functions. This platform is subject to robust data protection agreements and adheres to strict security standards.

We do not share this data for advertising purposes beyond the core functionality of the Service.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure, including:

However, no system is 100% secure.
The Service is not intended for users under 15 in the Czech Republic without parental or guardian consent.
